My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were large and comfortable, although they were subjected to noises from garbage collections and deliveries. The view overlooking the small courtyard garden was lovely. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The location was superb, away from the crowds but close to Plaza Colon and the main attractions in Madrid. The dining experience was impressive, with a farm-to-table and European elegance touch. The facilities met my expectations, and the overall value for money was great.
